Orders typically fulfilled within 3–7 working days, depending on the product type and fulfillment location. After which the order is shipped to the customer.
Shipping is free for a period yet to be determined, if this changes, With Reference shipping costs are usually based upon the weight of your purchased products. The costs will vary depending on the quantity and products that you purchase, and you will see the final calculated delivery cost at checkout.
The Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
